Blue Bird Permanent Make-Up and Tattoo was Established in Muskego in 2014 inside Free Bird Boutique! Over the years our client base has grown tremendously and we needed a larger space to call our own. Blue Bird officially moved right across the street in 2023 and we have only grown more since then offering permanent makeup, tiny tattoos, and now skincare as we have just partnered with Serenity Rose Skincare.
